The simple, wondrous act of unfolding…I've recently moved from the city to a small, secluded island off the west coast of BC. Leaving a secure, high-paying job in the city, I came to work as Program Manager for Hollyhock, Canada's leading educational retreat centre.
I still have my toes in the city though…by working on an initiative to bring the healing practices of yoga into the workplace and by teaching workshops in the human energy system through Pacific Yoga. 

And so I find myself here on the west coast, living in the heart of nature, lightening my impact on the land, where I am nourished and inspired every single day by this work, this place, this community.
